As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our company leadership team and clients to achieve set business goals.


  • Calling leads to set them up for an appointment with the client 

  • Data mining duties such as retrieving phone numbers & address details and information on a prospect, 

  • Creating direct mail and updating CRM

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time


  • Have a basic understanding of US Real Estate

  • Understanding of scripts, marketing, or admin work

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

  • Marketing/Business/Sales Degree Preferred

  • Can work on Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7) 

  • Comfortable and confident doing phone calls

  • Fluent in English and has a native/near-native accent

  • Team Player, Self-Motivated, with Strong Communication Skills and Customer-Service Skills


  • Fixed internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS

  • Main PC/Laptop must be 4GB RAM with a processor of at least Core i3 or equivalent

  • Perfectly working headset with noise-canceling function and webcam

  • A backup plan in cases of power outages and connectivity issues
